This dress is a composite of source materials from the mid 1930s. Daphne is a very feminine dress stitch in a teal and white cotton print that is very flattering to curvy figures. The bodice front finishes under the bust and gathers at the center front. The four-gore skirt is set below the bust and has inset godets in the front and the back. Daphne has delicate butterfly sleeves that not only have a lovely drape, but also allow for full range of movement. The sweetheart neckline is framed in white cotton broadcloth.
