Avery Vest
The 1910s men's silhouette was very slender in nature. The clothing fit very closely to the body in order to create a thin streamline shape. The vests from this period were high cut on the chest leaving little space between collar and the top of the vest. The front and back of the Avery vest are stitched in a dark brown, linen-rayon. The inside of the vest is lined in brown rayon taffeta. It has six buttons, widely spaced, to secure the front. The Avery has functional single-welt pockets and a tie in the back to cinch in at the waist.
