These cute and sexy shorts are based on a vintage pair from 1944. The shorts are deeply-pleated and read like a skirt when worn. The pleats in the front and back are top stitched near the waist for a smooth line and then left untacked for added fullness. The shorts have a 1" waistband and are stitched in black, satin-backed, rayon-acetate, faille crepe. They also have a zipper at the center back. A perfect match for the Sweetheart Top, Bikini Top, or Halter Top.
