Kiki Slacks

Kiki's slacks are a tribute to the early 20s Bohemian woman. Slacks at this period in time were not traditionally worn in public unless it was for sport. Women did wear them at home and to the beach. Never a slave to convention, the Bohemian woman was never concerned with proper fashion etiquette and scandalized not a few people when taking her daily shopping wearing a pair of slacks.  

These darling black rayon satin slacks have no darts at the front creating an uninterrupted line in the front. In keeping with the mode of the period, the rise is very long, almost to the knees. This was because the lingerie of the period had long rises and the trousers needed to fit over top of them. Additionally defining a woman's bottom would be downright pornographic at this time.
